“After having spent a month in India, I realize it is no small sacrifice to leave your family behind, move to a foreign country less suited for living an observant lifestyle, and build a home open entirely to serve the needs of others.I wanted you to know how Gabi and Rivky were able to touch my life and that I am grieving with you.”
Sarah Katz, New York, USA
On 26/11, private individuals and professionals,
skeptics and believers were targeted
as one by intolerance. Today, we invite compassionate
men and women from around
the world to join hands in building the new
Chabad House of Mumbai, reviving the
lights of kindness and acceptance and restoring
the Holtzbergs’ life mission—bigger and
brighter than ever.
The charge of rebuilding will fill the obvious void led by the
Holtzbergs. Equally important, however, the unified effort of
all people of goodwill makes this center a symbol of peace and togetherness that can lead the way to a brighter existence for
all mankind.
Communities and individuals have banded together to honor the life legacies of the victims. Our common goals remain simple and obvious: Remember those we have lost. Rebuild what they began—bigger and brighter than ever. Together, we will.
This is our generation’s right and responsibility.
Join us to make it our legacy.
